Office space available for rent at our East Brunswick location at an affordable price on flexible daily, month-to-month, six month, and one year rates. Choose from 1 to 7 days per week. Offices are exclusively occupied by mental health professionals.

Amenities include: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, parking lot, waiting area, filtered water, tea, and coffee, toiletries, furnished psychotherapy rooms, facial tissues, printer access, kitchenette, bathroom, use of business address, and housekeeping/cleaning. First floor, easy access for clients. Select packages include access to store non-bulky items on premises. Computer not included.

Considerations

Office rental is offered to mental health clinicians providing individual and/or couples counseling services only. Due to limited space, a maximum of three clients are allowed per session (or four individuals total, including the therapist. Minors under 18 years old must be supervised.

Rates increase by about 5% on January 1st of every even-numbered year (2028, 2030, 2032, etc.). Subject to change.

Limitations:
Subleasing is prohibited
Parking lot use allowed only when renter is in office
No overnight stays; access limited to open office hours
