I am a New Brunswick-based mental health therapy practice that serves adults in all of New Jersey and online across 42 states. I offer in-person appointments at the East Brunswick office location.
My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity concerns, and relationship or family difficulties. I also work well with diverse individuals from cultural and/or racial minority backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, and Rutgers University students and alumni.
